Refund policy

Due to the nature of skincare products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be:
• unused
• unopened
• in its original packaging

We may request photos of the item and packaging before approving the return.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
